Refund Policy
Our store operates with a 30-day return window, giving you a full 30 days from the date your order arrives to submit a return request.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions for packaging and sending back your item. Please note that returns shipped without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We ask that you carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you find that your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please notify us right away so we can assess the situation and provide a resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
Some product categories are not eligible for return. These include perishable items (such as food, flowers, or plants), made-to-order or personalized products, and personal care items (such as beauty or hygiene products). Returns are also not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about whether your specific item qualifies, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Exchanges
The most efficient way to receive the correct item is to return your current item and, once the return is processed, place a new order for the item you want.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, with no explanation required. To qualify, your item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the transaction.
If 15 or more business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not yet received your refund, please contact us at biovitami@hotmail.com.
For subscription renewals and recurring orders, cancellations must be submitted before your payment date. Once a charge is processed and the order enters our fulfillment system, it will no longer be eligible for a refund.
Subscriptions
All subscription orders are governed by our standard terms of service, return policy, and shipping guidelines. To cancel a subscription, you must submit your request before the next billing date by emailing biovitami@hotmail.com with your order number and cancellation request. Cancellations submitted after the renewal date has passed will result in the shipment still being sent out; however, all future orders will be stopped. For additional help, please contact our customer service team.
Restocking Fee
Please be aware that a 15% restocking fee applies to all returned orders. As a result, refunds will be issued for 85% of the original order subtotal.
Incorrect Address Policy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.
Biovitami is not liable for orders that are lost, delayed, or returned due to an address error or omission on the customer’s part.
If a package is returned to us as a result of an incorrect address, a 15% restocking fee will be applied and the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
